panning
The idea behind this photo is how the paparazzi (and the media in general) don't treat celebrities like people. I liked how the blur effect in the original photo looked comical, almost like a manga panel, and I kind of ran with that. I added effects that made the rest of the photo look cartoonish. It looks like a candid photo, like the subject wasn't prepared to be seen. Meanwhile, the zoom makes it seem like the photographer is running towards her, trying to get as close as possible.

I tried to combine design elements with photography to create this photo. I intuitively used principles such as balance, rhythm and emphasis. The result kind of reminds me of a conch shell.

I decided to play with an art project displayed in our class. I took advantage of the fact that it was a full 3d scene and used Photoshop to place our wonderful teacher, Ms. Molly, smack dab in the middle of it. (Thank you Ms. Molly)

POV: studying different angles
This series is all about nature portrayed in several different ways. Some shots are extremely detailed, and others are hazy and blurry, emanating both the complexity and the warm, welcoming feeling of nature.
